My Wider World reveals the places you physically explore while keeping your trail on your iPhone.

Location is not recording

Open the app's progress sheet and review Location Collection. For the most reliable recording, enable Always Location, Precise Location, and Background App Refresh in iOS Settings.

My Wider World must remain installed. iOS may still limit updates in exceptional system conditions, such as low battery or unavailable GPS.

Recover a missed journey

Use the plus button on the map to build a route from places you remember. Check the route preview and timing before adding it to your trail. Recovered journeys can be removed later.

Delete your data

My Wider World has no account or server copy of your data. Deleting the app removes its locally stored trail, recovered journeys, statistics, streaks, and trophies.
